QUICK AND EASY ROCKYROAD CAKE Materials: 1 box (2-layer size) dark chocolate cake mix 3 cups miniature marshmallows 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 tbsp milk Procedures: Prepare the cake mix according to the package directions and bake in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. When cake is done (a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean), remove from the oven and sprinkle the marshmallows evenly over the top.
